Dec. 20: Crime Report, East Meadow FD Delivers Gifts

The five things you should know today.

1. Find out what happened in East Meadow this week in the Crime Report at 1:30 p.m.

2. The East Meadow Fire Department recently dressed up in Christmas costumes and delivered gifts to the pediatric unit at Nassau University Medical Center. Read more about it at 10 a.m.

3. In case you missed it, police are searching for a suspect that they said  fraudulently used a stolen credit card to purchase items from CVS on Hemsptead Turnpike in East Meadow.


4. Don't forget that the Nassau County Sheriff’s Correction Officers Benevolent Association (COBA) is collecting christmas gifts for children in Long Beach who were affected by Hurricane Sandy. Gifts can be donated at COBA's headquarters in East Meadow until Friday.
