Cheapest Gas Prices in East Meadow

In a down economy people are always looking for ways to save and one area where this can be accomplished is at the pump.

Another week has passed, and besides premium and diesel fuel, prices continue to escalate at gas stations around East Meadow. Here are the best buys for the week ahead in East Meadow.

According to motortrend.com, the station at 2475 Hempstead Tpke sells the cheapest gas in the East Meadow area. Although gas prices continue to steadily climb, Mobil's regular gas sells at $2.95 per gallon.

The cheapest price for plus gasoline is now found at , located at 1878 Hempstead Tpke. Gulf, at 3464 Hempstead Tpke. shares the crown as well, as East Meadow residents will have to pony up $3.15 per gallon this week.

As for Premium, located at 2789 North Jerusalem Rd, offers the lowest rate for gas at $3.19 per gallon, which is down $.06  from last week's mark.

Surprisingly, diesel remains the same price at $3.29 per gallon, but is the champion there as well.
