Good morning East Meadow! As sports fans try to recover from Sunday's emotional roller coaster, we adults have to focus back on work, but it's not the same for the kids. More on that shortly. Here's what's happening in East Meadow today.

1. Weather: It should be a decent day Monday, with increasing clouds and high of 59 degrees, according to the National Weather Service. West winds are expected to range between 9-14 mph.

2. Looking to give back? Why not donate blood? Today, there will be a at the between 2-7 p.m. With the shortage of blood that exists on Long Island, all donations are vital.
