April 15: Kiwanis Bingo, Black Swan, J-E-T-S

Happy Friday East Meadow! The weekend is here, and I am sure many of you are pumped to get the festivities underway. Before we do, let's take a look at what's happening today in East Meadow.

1. Weather: After Thursday's beautiful temperatures, things begin to cool off a bit today, with highs expected to be in the mid 50s, according to the National Weather Service. Experts are saying that winds will range from 10-15 mph.

2. Come on down to the for a at 1 p.m. today. Black Swan shows obsessive ballet dancer Nina after she gets the lead in the infamous "Swan Lake." She is able to embrace the white swan part of the role, but struggles to show her true black swan. Becoming threatened by a new seductive dancer, Nina's life becomes uncontrollable.

3. The East Meadow Kiwanis Club will be holding at the A. Holly Patterson extended care facility in Uniondale tonight at 7 p.m. Come on down and check it out!
