WHAT:      Nassau’s Bravest Will Go Head-to-Head in a Grilling Throwdown, While Delivering Message of Summer BBQ Safety

As the days of summer begin to spice up, the Nassau County Firefighters Museum & Education Center and Fairway Market are challenging the self-proclaimed best firehouse chefs in Nassau County to a Firefighter BBQ Grilling Competition. Teams of firehouse cooks will compete against each other to determine which team has the best BBQ dish!
