It’s part of life and how we express ourselves in the type of music we listen to. For
some East Meadow High School students it is becoming a full-time experience and a way to
show the world how they feel. Dance Hall Drama has found a way to express how they feel and write about the good things and times in their life.
The young band members, all high school age, want to sing and dance about the good times in all of us. They feel that there is too much negative energy wasted and too much negative talk so they try to create a positive atmosphere with their songs.
The band already had their firrst CD out for about a year, “Never Ending Party – EP” which sold many copies on ITunes and at their regional shows. Their upcoming CD, “The Start Of Something New”, will be released via ITunes on May 31, and at their release show on May 29 at the Vibe Lounge in Rockville Center is expected to have more fresh content that the band is sure will thrill their many young fans. It is good to see and hear young people such as Dance Hall Drama spreading good tunes to offset the bad news. Without good music in our lives, the world would surely suffer faster and make each day that much harder to live through.
The band has tickets on sale online and at the door the day of the show.
