Meditation Class: Back by popular demand, Falun Dafa classes have returned to the East Meadow Library every Wednesday at 1 p.m. No registration needed. Falun Dafa is five sets of easy-to-learn gentle movements and meditation similar to Tai Chi in some respects. Wear loose, comfortable clothing.
