A look at some things to keep an eye out for today.

Good morning East Meadow! I hope you had a nice weekend! As we try to get back into the flow of the work week, here are some things that are going on in or around East Meadow today.

1. Weather: It's going to be a beautiful day today, according to the National Weather Service. Experts are calling for mostly sunny skies with a high of 87 degrees, although rain may roll in after 9 p.m. tonight.

2. The Town of Hempstead will be holding a at East Meadow's from July 11 through July 14 from 9 a.m. to noon. These clinics are open to boys and girls ages 6 through 15.

3. The will be holding for children between the ages of 3 1/2 and 6 years on at 7 p.m. Kids will have a chance to come to the library in their PJs and listen to a bedtime story.
