EMFD Visits Patients at NUMC
Santa Claus was on hand to help celebrate the arrival of the holiday season.
volunteers took a brief time out from their duties to don a different kind of superhero suit.
Jolly old Santa himself and his elves delivered toys to each child on Pediatrics and spread a little holiday cheer on Dec. 9.
This was the 15th annual Jimmy Martino Memorial Toy Drive visit to NUMC. Firefighters visited the children of the pediatrics ward and the Nassau County Firefighters Burn Center with Santa and his friends giving gifts to all.

New York State Assemblyman Harvey Weisenberg and family stopped by and greeted the members of the East Meadow Fire Department as well. He wished all members of the fire service a safe and enjoyable holiday season.
