Crime Report: Cars Broken Into and Damaged, Hotel Room Trashed

The following arrest information was supplied by the Nassau County Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

 
  • On Feb. 1, after 2 a.m., money was stolen from an unlocked vehicle that was parked on Chestnut Avenue in East Meadow.
  • Before 8 a.m. on Feb. 2, a vehicle parked on Stone Avenue in East Meadow had its fender damaged.
  • Sometime between 11:40 p.m. on Feb. 3 and and 10:50 p.m. on Feb. 4, a hotel room at the Coliseum Motor Inn on Hempstead Turnpike was damaged. The extent of the damage is unknown.
  • On Feb. 4 after 11 p.m., a vehicle parked on Linda Avenue in East Meadow had its windows broken and tires slashed.
  • Sometime before 1 a.m. on Feb. 5, a vehicle's window was broken with a brick while it was parked on Midland Drive in East Meadow.
